A permissions post of sorts

Hey you guys! So I decided just by brainstorming supernatural abilities that Liz shall be given the gift of mind-reading for this event. She is able to hear anything another character thinks as if they just said it out loud. At least, that's the general idea; obviously I can't just do that without permission, so here's where I ask for it!

Please comment here if you want Liz to read your characters' minds, and what she would pick up from them. Secrets, wants, fears, random songs stuck in their head, or anything else, be it serious or for the lols.

Also if any of your characters have access to knowledge of telepathy-controlling techniques or Magneto-helmet technology, or just a calm quiet mind to help drag Liz back to her room when the inevitable sensory overload hits, it would be appreciated as well XD

Liz can read Harvey's mind! And, sadly for her, Pinkie's. xD

Harv might try to help her out when it gets too much, but his mind might be a little cluttered with worry over her, fair warning. She can read...whatever you want from him, I guess? You know him well enough and we're on AIM all the time anyway so I'll just tell you what he's thinking if you need it and actually you know what huh. Meet me there.

The Pinkies are thinking precisely what you think they're thinking. Probably in song. But hey, at least she can't see the felt cut-outs. xD

As I said on IM, Liz is totally welcome to come find Xion or Nami when she needs a calming presence. Also, now that I think of it, Nami's willing to teach Liz some of the things she does to sort of disconnect from her memory abilities so she's not getting memories in her mind's eye 24/7.

Liz is welcome to all of my characters (Sora, Sam and Ammy) and all of the NPCs, so that means Mike and the Bots. Ammy I actually think would end up being very hard for her to read, however...like her thoughts are kind of clouded and fuzzy, and probably not always in basic English. And since Sora will eventually be coming back from 3D events, that will be on his mind a looot.

If you need me to clarify anything, just poke me XD

You're welcome to any of 'em, although I reeeeeally don't know how Maku would work. This, I'll leave up to you. If she can, he can probably figure out how to do some mental shielding. If she can't, insta-calming presence. X3

Luna and Kanji will probably just be going over what they're planning to do that day or have random songs stuck in their heads.

As for Mak, hmm...I'll have to think about that myself, maybe ask mods. If it turns out she can't hear him she just might curl up in his room for a while, I hope you know that XD

She's free to read Celestia's mind. Be prepared for the horse puns that's common with ponies and also a lot of cake. She loves her cakes. Liz can poke fun at Celestia for that if she wants to.

Minako sort of kind of has an innate defense regarding mental intrusions since she has a form of telepathy/psychic powers in canon and also the fact that she's had her mind intruded on several times, so her mind can kind of involuntarily block it a little if its not particularly powerful telepathy? So while she could get in there, it would probably take a couple tries for Liz to get into her deeper thoughts (her outer thoughts being about boys/clothes/food/having fun/games/etc.).

Once she does though, she's got lots of fun deep thoughts like how she's Sailor Venus, the fact all her stuff is geared towards getting people off the SoL, her determination to get her powers back, and more recently her determination to learn more about Organization XIII to see if they could threaten her world/the SoL/etc. Also her fear about getting too close to any of the guys she crushes on. And stuff.

Liz is totally welcome to read Kit's mind. She might be a brat and try to get an ear worm stuck in Liz's head once she figures it out, but...

If Liz finds out it's deliberate by the time she goes into meltdown mode she will probably throw something at Kit XD

Oh Liz is allowed to see what's going on Lea's head. Most of the stuff that she'll be seeing are things he would never ever say outloud. But he's still kinda egotistical stuff, don't be surprised if you see an "AWWW YEA~ Totally got this!"

She can pick up on Sokka's attempts to think up jokes and his insecurities and plans and...yeah, just everything. He has secrets but it's not like they'll really hurt anything XD

She can read Ven's mind, his is actually pretty calm - or at least compared to the other teenage boys on the ship, relatively calm. And pretty cheerful, now that there's some distance between Terra's disappearance and now. And he'll be happy about being able to fly.

Zidane? He doesn't care if she overhears anything he's thinking about. Well, he does, but she knows his canon (I think?) so she can probably guess what he'd be upset about her hearing. If he learns she's overheard anything he's not happy about (the dark stuff about himself and his past) he won't be happy, but if she apologizes he'll get over it.

Twilight... Sorry Liz. Twilight is going to be in two modes for this event: COMPLETELY ON or passed out like a rock. I'd recommend keeping away from her.

Robin is actually very, very good at mental guards, seeing as how he has a teammate that uses psychic abilities to keep them all linked on missions. Some stuff might get through but it should all be fairly basic. And if she tells him he'll start thinking in Mandarin or some language she has no familiarity with so at least she won't understand his thoughts. They had a bad guy pull that on them successfully.

Since I'm godmodding Wally while Ray's on hiatus, gonna say the same applies to him, though probably not to the same level as Robin. Since Ray IS on hiatus she probably won't run into him, but if she does she might be surprised to learn that Wally is very, very, very smart. :3
