Well, this is no usual day at Deep 13, as evidenced by the fact that there is a suitcase on the console with things being randomly tossed into it. Also the fact that, once the camera focuses on him, its obvious Dr. Forrester is dressed like a guy who's half crow.

Hello there, gulliable masses. Can't do the usual "Its Friday so here are some riffs" Rebecca Black routine. As you might have noticed, we're getting packed for Dragon*Con! They...finally lifted the ban on real mad scientists, clones, and clones of mad scientists. We were hoping San Diego would do it first, but, well, that's on the to-do list once we take over the world.
So! We're going to Atlanta, all dressed up and ready to look for more...volunteers for our experiments! Nihihihihihi~
"Doctor, I'm finished with the suitcase, but do I really have to go there like this?"
[At this, OoC TV's Frank comes out, also dressed up. He doesn't look particularly pleased.]
Oh, don't worry, Frank, you look perfect! You'll be sure to win the cosplay prize.
"But I look terrible with frizzy red hair! It makes my face look fat."
Oh, just...close the suitcase! And...send them the riffs. I know, I usually send just one, but I'm in such a good mood I decided to send you two instead! And one of them even has a cosplay theme, which I selected just for the occasion. Do scream in pain, won't you?
Now, where's my bird helmet...
[With that, Dr. Forrester walks off screen, leaving poor Frank to struggle as he tries to close the clearly-over-packed piece of luggage on the console.]
