As requested by the mods, here's the situation and because I felt I needed to explain more, I'm putting the details under a cut. You don't have to read it.
We're trying to move into a duplux that my mom is the land-owner of. We're moving upstairs, but the downstairs is empty. We're trying to finish fixing the place up so that it can get rented out and so that we can have money again (we've been without rent for half a year, so things have been really tough for us.) We're almost done with the kitchen, but the bathroom and most of the woodwork need to be done and we need to hire both a plumber and an electrician for repairs.
We've also been dealing with the foreclosure that I mentioned before. It was sold in the sheiff's sale back in September (We think. They never told us anything), so we got about five months or so to move out. However that's easier said than done since we've got 30 years worth of stuff and we're trying to figure out what to do about the cats (we've got five and there's no way all five will fit in a tiny apartment. The only reason why we haven't given up at least two of the cats is because my step dad is a huge animal lover and he would never give any of them up. Offering a couple up on here or on Tumblr is out of the question since I don't want him to hate me forever.
TL;DR I'm hoping to come back sometime in December. I could come back now, but I don't want to annoy anyone if I suddenly have to go on hiatus again due to losing internet access because we're setting up the internet over there. It wouldn't be fair on you guys or the mods.
If I turns out I cannot, then I will have no choice but to drop until I can come back. I'll come back as soon as I possibly can either way.
