Twin-Screw Effect: Real-life HTML
Crow has used the Twin-Screw Universal Controller! The effect is Real-Life HTML: if your character is speaking and puts any emphasis on their words, they must spell it out in their speech. It will sound something like "This effect is bold-REALLY-unbold annoying!" when they speak.
The same thing applies to writing: if they're writing something, instead of underlining it, they must write the appropriate HTML tags around their words.
This effect is continuous and will persist until the switch is pulled again in at least two IC days!
