Twin-Screw Effect: Raised by Wolves
The Twin-Screw Universal Controller has been used again, this time by 90s Kid! The effect is Raised by Wolves...basically, most if not all characters now believe that they were raised by a family of wolves as children. It's up to you what details are involved in that!
